40 year old female had undergone two previous rhinoplasty procedures. She desired to have an improvement in her nasal aesthetics in both the frontal and profile view. Her revision rhinoplasty was completed through an open approach. Rib and septal cartilage were used to complete reconstruction of her nasal tip. She is shown here 6 months after her procedure.
