Patient 30

63 year-old male who desired an improvement in his nasal appearance. Specifically, he desired a reduction of his dorsal hump and elevation of his nasal tip. He underwent an open rhinoplasty with lowering of the nasal dorsum and alteration of the nasal cartilages to improve the nasal tip position and appearance. Multiple cartilage grafts from his septum were used to support the nasal tip and to maintain the nasal airway.
