Patient 29

34 year-old male who desired a straight nasal dorsum and elevation of his nasal tip. He underwent an open rhinoplasty with dorsal hump reduction and elevation of his nasal tip. Cartilage grafts from his septum were used to maintain the nasal airway and to improve his tip projection and tip position.
