Patient 27

43 year-old who desired a smaller nose with a more refined nasal dorsum and rotated and refined nasal tip. She underwent septoplasty, cephalic trim of the lower lateral nasal cartilages, lateral crural transection and overlap repair, tongue-in-groove tip support of the nasal tip, dorsal reduction, bilateral spreader grafts and alar base (nostril) resections. This is an early post-operative result.
