49 year old who desired to maintain her ethnicity while improving her nasal contour and nasal breathing. She underwent an open rhinoplasty with careful reduction of her dorsum to maintain a straight dorsal profile as she desired. Her rhinoplasty also included a septoplasty, placement of a columellar strut graft, extended alar contour grafts, bilateral spreader grafts, cephalic trim and tip suturing techniques. She is shown here 6 months after surgery.
