Patient 23

40 year-old female that wanted to change the shape of her nasal dorsum and nasal tip. She underwent an open rhinoplasty with dorsal hump reduction, septoplasty, caudal septum resection, cephalic trim of the lower lateral cartilages, tip suturing, and unilateral alar base resection.
