60 year-old female with facial aging and sun damage to her skin who desired facial rejuvenation to improve her appearance, while maintaining the character of her face. She underwent a full face lift, coronal brow lift, upper /lower blepharoplasty, fat grafting to the cheeks, and full face laser resurfacing.
