54 year old who underwent upper blepharoplasty, temporal brow lift and lower blepharoplasty. Her upper eyelid excess skin was removed and minimal fat was excised to ensure that she does not experience hollowing over the long term. Her lower eyelid was addressed with fat transposition using a septal reset, skin excision, orbicularis sling and in-line lateral canthopexy. She is shown here 6 months after surgery.
