45 year old female had undergone one previous rhinoplasty. She desired to have a longer nose that was less rotated. The patient had an open secondary rhinoplasty with use of septal cartilage to rotate her nasal tip down while lengthening her nose. Her after photos were taken one year after her revision rhinoplasty.
