31 year-old who desired breast augmentation with silicone implants. Preoperative breast measurements and her Vectra XT 3D simulation assisted her in picking this implant size. She opted for a 397 – style 15 (mid-range projection) silicone breast implant for the left breast and a 371 – style 15 for the right breast. This implant was placed through an incision in the breast crease (inframammary fold) and placed under the pectoralis major muscle in a dual plane technique.
