33 year-old mother with small B cup breasts who desired a natural looking breast augmentation to a small D cup. Using preoperative measurements and the Vectra XT 3D imaging system, this patient selected 397cc – style 15 (mid-range projection) silicone breast implants. This implant was placed under the muscle through an incision in the breast crease (inframammary fold).
