Individuals considering cosmetic surgery procedures in Fort Worth can now make more informed decisions regarding their planned procedures with the availability of a new innovative 3D imaging system. At Kurkjian Plastic Surgery + Aesthetics, Jon Kurkjian, MD utilizes the VECTRA® XT 3D imaging system, developed by Canfield Scientific, Inc. to help patients visualize their post-surgery results. This innovative 3D technology helps patients gain a better understanding of each procedure while also instilling confidence in the planned results. Dr. Kurkjian routinely uses the VECTRA® XT 3D imaging system for patients seeking breast augmentations, rhinoplasty, neck lifts, body contouring and even breast lifts.
How it Works
Using six different cameras, the VECTRA® XT imaging system takes pictures of your face, breasts or body from various angles. The computer software then processes the information and voila—an accurate 3D image or your face, breasts or body appears on the screen! Once the image is generated, Dr. Kurkjian will be able to alter the image to reflect your planned procedure. Together with Dr. Kurkjian, you will be able to discuss and design your surgery specifically for your goals.
VECTRA® XT Consultation
Dr. Kurkjian uses the VECTRA® XT 3D system to help patients envision possible results for various face and body procedures including:
One of the most exciting features of the VECTRA® XT 3D imaging system is the opportunity for every breast augmentation patient to be able to see how various breast implant sizes look on their body. For years, patients have had to take that enormous leap of faith that they would truly be happy with the implant size picked for their breasts. Now, using the VECTRA XT, women can actually see what that implant size may look like on their figure. To use Dr. Kurkjian’s analogy, “Its like the difference between buying jeans online and trying them on at the store.”
